To place a return or exchange, please reach out to us directly at hello@BloomHealthier.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to exchange or return. From there, we will provide you with information regarding how to proceed. Please keep in mind, return labels are not provided and the return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and unused. Therefore, the item(s) must be sent back in the same condition as it was received and must be in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds for products due to customer taste preference.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that our customer service department has received your returned item. Moreover, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Credit card refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
For reasons not covered above and within the 30-day window, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note our products are designed to optimally nourish you -- that means there can be a transition period for your system to get used to the higher nutrient content in our products versus some of our competitors’ products which have lower nutritional value.
Additionally, if your order does not arrive safely, please email us at hello@BloomHealthier.com and we will do our best to make it right. For orders lost or stolen in transit, we offer store credit or a replacement of the item after a customary waiting period to ensure your package was not temporarily mis-delivered. No refunds will be processed for orders that have confirmed delivery via carrier tracking
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
