Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a naturally produced steroid hormone originating from the adrenal gland, the ovarian theca cells, and in the brain in women. DHEA is linked to increased libido, ovarian reserve, and higher pregnancy rates. We recommend it for women older than 36 years of age trying to conceive.
